It’s not easy for young players to find a club that is right for their personality as well as their playing style. At NextStep we are here to offer advice and help introduce you to the appropriate clubs to further your playing career.
We look for talented footballers who are interested in pursuing a potential Professional or Semi-Professional career. We are passionate about helping more and more young players get into Men’s football as early as possible, as we believe it is a key step for any player that wants to progress and get the most out of their natural ability.
After being released by Southampton FC’s Academy at age 16, Oli went on to Sparsholt College where he studied for a Diploma in Sports Performance and Excellence whilst playing for their elite team. At 17 he then took his first step into Men’s Football playing in the Wessex League Division One and has had a successful semi-professional career at a number of clubs including a stint at National League South level.
